Delivery Time Frame

Once you have placed your order, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days. Bulk orders will take longer and we will inform you of the timeframe. 

Return & Refund Policy

We aim at making your online shopping experience a pleasant and easy one. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In case you are dissatisfied with the purchased product, you will be allowed to return our products under certain conditions:

• The request for return must include the condition of defective products.
• The product delivered is different from the one presented on the website.
• The product should be in the same condition it was received, new, undamaged, and not used; it must also be delivered back in the original packaging.
• Custom-made orders are neither returnable nor refundable.

If you wish to return the item under the above conditions please contact us at [email protected] within the following 72 hours from the date you receive the item and we’ll do our best to help you with it. After 3 days have elapsed, the item cannot be returned or refunded. 

Following a quality check, we will inform you by email whether your refund is accepted or rejected. Please note that we will not be liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product(s) and this will be invoiced to you.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products).
