Once the seller receives the returned product(s) and confirms that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product(s) you received are damaged or defective during delivery, please contact the seller directly within 3 days of receiving the product(s). The seller may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the issue. If the seller accepts your request for a refund or return due to damage during delivery, they will provide you with instructions for returning the product(s), and we will issue a refund to your original payment method once they receive the returned product(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition.
