Terms and Conditions:

Shipping:

a. Shipping will take between 2-7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

b. Shipping costs will be integrated into the price of the product

Custom Orders:

a. Customers can order custom jewelry pieces through our Instagram account @alflaila.ae.

b. A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required before work begins on custom pieces.

c. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

d. Custom orders may take longer to produce and ship.

Returns:

a. We do not accept returns unless there is a fault in manufacturing.

b. If there is a fault in manufacturing, customers must send an image of the item to [email protected] to determine eligibility for a return.

c. If the item is eligible for return, the customer will receive a refund or exchange for the item.

d. Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.

Privacy:

a. We respect the privacy of our customers and will not share any personal information with third parties.

b. We use personal information only for order processing and communication with the customer.

Product Information:

a. All product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

b. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design.

Intellectual Property:

a. All images and content on our website and social media platforms are the property of Alflaila.ae and may not be used without permission.
