Here are some common questions about OrderCrafts
How do fees work on OrderCrafts?
Annual fee to keep your account active on OrderCrafts is 200 AED per year. Besides that there are two basic fees: a service fee, and a payment processing fee (charged by 3rd party payment gateway provider).
When an item sells, there is a 6% service fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). As we accept online payments through payment gateway, there is also a payment processing fee applicable based on their fee structure.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
It’s easy to set up a shop on OrderCrafts. You can submit your application through the form given above on this page. Once your application is accepted, you will get the payment link. As soon as we receive the payment, you can start listing the products through the provided portal access. Alternatively, you can send us the products list in excel format (template will be provided) through WhatsApp. We will review your submitted products and list them on website.
How do I get paid?
They payouts will be made through bank transfer after 30 days of the successful order.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you need to have a valid business license within the UAE.
What can I sell on OrderCrafts?
OrderCrafts provides a marketplace for crafters, artists and collectors to sell their handmade creations, products, unique gifts or any other amazing products, etc. You can always send us your product image through WhatsApp and we will confirm if it’s eligible for listing or not.
